Been working on a design for a new project for a live cultural show which will showcase people from many diverse talents. Sounds exciting, here's a logotype sneaky peaky to get the party started.

Student House

Logo idea i came up with for a new student club night starting out in Picadilly. It's a student night - they play house music - welcome Student House.

Hopefully it'll be as good as 25 Broadway Road, (the house the young ones was filmed in) probably the only famous student house i can think of right now.

Nails

Today was TOYS TOYS TOYS. First I went to drool at Play Lounge, the best toy shop in London. Later in my everlasting quest to become a vinyl toy, I went down to WAH Nails in Dalston to get my nails did like a Japanese Gloomy Bear. Been hawking a gloomy claw on my phone for a few months now, thought it was the next natural step. Check out the Wah Nails blog at WAH Nails.com

Blogging

Well. I havent done it in a while, about a year. But here I go again after having so many conversations about it recently. Good and bad ones.

It's nearly the end of summer and an end of my summer internship at a design studio. It's been ok, and do you know what i've learnt? I need to get a bike. I really do. And I need learn how to bake. The need to knead. In this life I think so many situations would have gone so much better if i had had a cake at the ready for forgiveness or bribery.

I want to bake these for someone who'd be as excited about them as I am.

12 ten

New designs for 12 Ten Djs, based in Birmingham. Did a logo and flyer for their up and coming night. Thought I'd post an old flyer for them also as I don't think I got round to it before...
I've been down to London Town to do a conference for NALN (national arts learning network), at The Royal Institute of British architecture, which was great.
I met Grayson Perry and had a chat and got to see a lot of old friends from Tate and UAL.
